




Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Electronic Engineer for research, development, implementation, and validation of control systems for power equipment in R&D. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work within an interdisciplinary team We are looking for an Electronic Engineer with solid experience working in Research and Development companies. We seek a research-oriented individual who wishes to specialize in power control systems; we are open to training an SSR/Senior profile with the aforementioned R&D experience. IDEAL TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCE IN: - Design and development of control systems for power equipment: three-phase and single-phase inverters, DC/DC converters, and bidirectional battery chargers. - Simulation and validation using MATLAB/Simulink and PLECS. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and validation of controls for inverters, both in Grid-Following (grid-connected injection) and Grid-Forming (standalone) modes. You will collaborate closely with the electronics and control team to design solutions enabling system operation as either a grid-connected or islanded generator, including fault management, synchronization, integration with DC buses, and bidirectional battery charging. Technical Requirements: - Electronic Engineering degree (mandatory), preferably with technical secondary education in electronics or related fields. - Seniority level: Semi-Senior / Senior. - Proven R&D experience applied to commercial products (mandatory). - Experience in simulation and modeling of control systems (thermal, physical, motors, power electronics, photovoltaic panels, etc.). DESIRABLE - Proficiency with simulation tools: MATLAB/Simulink (DESIRABLE); experience with SPICE, PLECS, or similar environments is desirable. - Software knowledge: microcontroller programming in C. - Basic hardware knowledge (schematics, datasheet reading, signal interpretation). - Experience in equipment testing and use of laboratory instrumentation (mandatory). - Ability to integrate and collaborate interdisciplinarily with hardware, software, testing, mechanical, and other teams. CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH, suitable for communication with people in the USA.
