Job Summary: Lead, organize, and supervise the maintenance team, planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment operational availability. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Lead, organize, and supervise the maintenance team across both plants, fostering an orderly, safe, and results-oriented work culture. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, facilities, and refrigeration industry machinery. Ensure equipment operational availability by minimizing unplanned downtime. Manage spare parts, supplies, and external technical service providers. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety & Hygiene departments to ensure compliance with current regulations. Develop and monitor the maintenance budget. Record and analyze departmental management indicators (KPIs).
