Key Responsibilities: Review, schedule, and execute the Preventive Maintenance Plan. Repair operational line equipment. Manage and control maintenance work orders. Plan the Risk Alert Program and conduct its corresponding follow-up. Generate improvements and standardize maintenance processes. Manage spare parts for critical equipment and analyze minimum required stock levels. Create, analyze, and track daily/monthly/annual management indicators. Develop maintenance plans/routines/protocols for electronic machines and equipment. Program frequency inverters and PLCs. Requirements: Graduates or soon-to-graduate students in Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields, with knowledge of industrial equipment. Proficiency in digital tools: Microsoft Office Suite. Availability for full-time employment. Residence in San Juan City.
