Efficiently, transparently, and strategically manage procurement and contracting processes across business units under your responsibility, ensuring timely supply of critical goods and services for operations, optimizing costs, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, and contributing to the business’s economic sustainability. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Administer the end-to-end procurement process—from requisition through purchase order issuance and follow-up—ensuring timeliness, quality, and budget adherence in a dynamic and mission-critical environment. Identify and anticipate internal departmental needs aligned with their budgets through fluid communication and proactive collaboration. Design and implement procurement and negotiation strategies, prioritizing sustainable relationships with strategic suppliers. Negotiate with strategic and operational suppliers to secure competitive commercial terms, favorable payment terms, and sustainable agreements. Manage supplier contracts and documentation, ensuring agreed-upon conditions and proper execution. Assess and mitigate risks associated with the supplier base. Analyze cost variances and identify improvement opportunities, proposing alternatives to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses. Develop and monitor management indicators (KPIs) and performance reports for the department. Operate SAP (MM module) and, preferably, the supplier portal. Contribute to change management by incorporating best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement processes. Act with a service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and teamwork across all business areas. Requirements: What are we looking for in you? You reside in Santa Fe city or its surroundings. You hold a degree—or are about to graduate—in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering. You have at least two years of experience in procurement of goods and services, including contract management, tendering, and supplier negotiation—or have worked in procurement, supply chain, or logistics departments of a company. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with the SAP system. You have English language proficiency. You stand out for your negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
