Optimize processes and reduce costs through KPI analysis We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead the overall operation of our distribution center, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance at every stage of the process. The manager will coordinate receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, and shipping activities. Main responsibilities include: Coordinate daily tasks related to receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch. Ensure physical inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs (e.g., picking efficiency, inventory accuracy, cycle times) to optimize processes and reduce costs. Prepare management reports for senior management and commercial departments. Supervise and train the operational team. Coordinate order dispatch and routing, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries. Requirements: Requirements Student or graduate in Logistics or related fields (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management roles. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/WMS systems. Leadership ability, results orientation, and analytical thinking.
