We are expanding our sales team for a company specializing in **web development**, selling to clients across **Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay**. **About the Position** * **Work Model:** Freelance – 100% Remote * **Working Days:** Monday to Friday * **Flexible Schedule:** Minimum 4 hours per day (chosen by the candidate) * **Compensation Structure:** Commissions paid in USD * **Markets:** Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay * **Start Date:** Immediate **Requirements** * Must be over 18 years of age * Experience in telemarketing/digital sales (specialized in SETTER / CLOSER roles) * Strong verbal communication, fluency, and confidence when speaking * Productive attitude, responsibility, and self-management skills * **Must have a computer and mobile phone** * **Stable Wi-Fi connection** for calls and task management * Minimum availability of 4 hours per day (Mon–Fri) **What tools will you use?** * In-house lead database (**ColdOutreach**) for prospect outreach * Sales scripts, call guides, and prospecting methodology * Commercial resources and supporting materials * Ongoing guidance and support **What we offer** * Daily guidance, digital tools, and performance tracking. * Customer portfolio (CRM) * Growth opportunity based on performance * Income in USD.
