Explore a world of possibilities—and become part of our team! **Job Objective:** Perform kitchen duties to deliver a high-standard food service to travelers and staff, consistent with the established gastronomic proposal. **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare hot, cold, or pastry items for travelers, staff, and explorations. Perform mise en place according to technical sheets and hotel occupancy. Maintain cleanliness and organize kitchen ingredients using the FIFO method. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Verify that products comply with Explora’s policies. Application Requirements: Technical or university degree in Gastronomy or related field. Minimum 1 year of prior kitchen experience. Hotel kitchen experience (desirable). Willingness to reside in El Chaltén. Explora is built by all of us!
