This opportunity is for you! We are currently seeking a *Night-Shift Production Supervisor* to join the operations team of a leading metallurgical company located in the Bernal Industrial Park. The Production Department currently has a well-established structure (Operations Management, Production Management, and Area Supervisors). In this specific role, you will directly supervise up to four autonomous team members, allowing you to alternate between supervision and key analytical and operational tasks. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Technical Optimization (Core Function): Perform NESTING of parts to layout and ensure maximum utilization of sheet metal entering the laser cutting machine (equipment operating overnight). * Leadership and Coordination: Supervise the assigned work cell, ensuring adherence to the production plan, operational efficiency targets, and shift productivity. * On-site Support: Provide technical assistance or operational support for CNC machines as required by shift dynamics. Continuous Improvement: Identify deviations, resolve field issues, and propose improvements to work methods. **What profile are we looking for?** * Industrial experience: Proven track record in metallurgical plants involving cutting, bending, and punching processes. * Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience performing part Nesting and ideally knowledge of CNC machine setup/operation (Laser or Press Brake). * Key competencies: Strong sense of accountability, results orientation, analytical capability, and agility in resolving unexpected issues. * Age is not an exclusionary factor: We prioritize your skills, dynamism, and technical experience. * Work mode: 100% on-site. * Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9 hours daily (Night shift, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM) **What does the company offer?** * Premium Benefits: OSDE 210 Health Insurance. * On-site cafeteria + snacks, refreshments, and fruits in the office. * Free parking on premises. * Access to an online training platform.
