We are an exploration company operating lodges and conservation reserves in remote areas of South America, with presence across 9 destinations in 4 countries: Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Bolivia. Our purpose is to invite travelers to explore each destination in order to forge a deep connection with nature—and thereby awaken genuine interest in protecting these unique territories. Explore a world of possibilities—and join our team! **Job Objective:** Execute Explora’s service standards in guest rooms, common areas, and laundry to guarantee immaculate spaces for both staff and travelers. **Main Responsibilities:** Clean all hotel areas (guest rooms and common areas) according to assigned schedule and established standards. Place amenities throughout the hotel in accordance with standards. Perform washing, drying, and ironing of traveler clothing, linens, tablecloths, and staff uniforms (Laundry). Receive traveler luggage upon arrival and deliver it to their respective rooms; collect luggage on departure day and transport it to the van. Respond to traveler requests, coordinating with other departments as needed. Communicate any traveler needs identified during interaction to other hotel departments (including supervisors and the General Manager). Participate in corporate training programs. Engage in and promote sustainability initiatives, consistently safeguarding territories and their heritage. Application Requirements: Completed secondary education. Office software knowledge (desirable). Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry (desirable). Proficiency in operating cleaning and laundry equipment (desirable). Knowledge of hygiene protocols (desirable). Willingness to reside in El Chaltén or surrounding areas. We build exploration—together!
