This role is designed for professionals with technical experience in construction projects, with a focus on cost planning and control across the entire project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: * Preparation of conceptual, preliminary, and definitive cost estimates * Development of cost plans and project budgets * Analysis of design documentation and quantity take\-offs * Cost benchmarking and market analysis for construction costs * Preparation of BOQs / Schedules of Rates * Support in tender processes and commercial evaluation * Analysis and negotiation of contractor proposals * Cost control during construction and forecasting * Review of progress certificates * Management of change orders * Client cost reporting * Risk and contingency analysis **Qualifications** * Civil Engineer, Architect, Industrial Engineer or related discipline * Experience in construction project costing * Experience in cost estimation and control * Ability to read construction drawings * Experience in tendering processes * Advanced Excel skills * Intermediate English (desirable) **Additional Information** *Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
