You will act as a trusted advisor for C\-level stakeholders, helping them navigate the evolving digital video and streaming landscape. * Drive revenue through new client acquisition, renewals, and identifying scaled upsell opportunities across the ROLA region. * Translate technical video metrics into compelling business growth stories. You will create and deliver persuasive presentations that prove the value of video investments through a narrative\-driven approach. * Deeply understand client business goals and translate them into impactful, data\-driven video strategies. * Educate brands and agencies on the power of our video solutions as premium media channels. Represent the company at key industry events, positioning us as the go\-to partner for video innovation. * Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, from strategic planning and media buying to high\-level reporting and actionable recommendations. * Maintain rigorous hygiene in CRM tools and assist in internal forecasting and revenue recognition processes to ensure business predictability. ### **What you need for this role** * **Language Skills:** Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. * **Education**: BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. * 3\+ years of experience in sales and account management within + Digital advertising platforms. + Media agencies. + AdTech or Ad Networks. * Deep understanding of video metrics (VTR, CPV, Viewability) and campaign optimization. * Excellent consultative communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels. * Highly organized and comfortable managing the complexity of multi market video executions in a fast paced environment. **Why Join Us?** Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents.
