Position Summary: We are seeking a functional SAP PM consultant to elicit, analyze, and document business processes, collaborating on the integration of requirements and SAP solutions. Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business processes related to plant maintenance. Assess current process states and define future solutions aligned with business needs. Participate in workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements and ensure cross-departmental alignment. Develop process models and functional documentation to support transformation initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct integration between business requirements and SAP solutions. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose innovative approaches to increase efficiency. Participate in evaluation, validation, and testing of functional solutions. Act as the functional SAP PM subject matter expert within the team, contributing to key project decisions. Facilitate communication among business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders. Mandatory Requirements Advanced experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). Experience in SAP implementation projects. Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments. Knowledge of maintenance processes, assets, technical locations, equipment, maintenance orders, and maintenance plans. Experience in requirements elicitation, functional analysis, documentation, and process modeling. Ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams. Advanced English. Desirable Requirements Knowledge of SAP MDG-BP or Business Partner master data processes. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, mining, or Oil & Gas industries. Experience in process improvement and operational optimization. Project or functional initiative coordination capability. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
