




Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, classifying, accounting for, and administering supplies, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and handling administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventory and merchandise control 2. Coordinates deliveries and optimizes warehouse space 3. Prepares reports and conducts quality control of supplies Responsible for receiving, organizing, accounting for, and administering all supplies (consumables, disposables, tools, uniforms, etc.) purchased by the company to ensure smooth service delivery, meeting required delivery timelines, quantities, and quality standards. Significant handling of administrative tasks. · Reviewing purchase requests and purchase orders for upcoming supply arrivals. · Monitoring warehouse inventory inflows and outflows (physical counts, supplier delivery notes vs. purchase orders, and via system/Excel). · Preparing and signing delivery notes. · Loading, unloading, and storing merchandise. · Optimizing and maintaining warehouse space. · Preparing and dispatching orders. · Coordinating deliveries with the logistics department. · Conducting physical vs. logical inventory reconciliation; adjusting discrepancies if any and reporting to procurement. · Entering inventory data into Excel and other platforms (recording and accounting for merchandise inflows and outflows). · Reporting incidents to procurement. · Inspecting incoming deliveries to ensure all ordered materials meet quality standards. · Performing cyclical stock counts; frequent stock level monitoring. Mandatory requirement: Valid driver’s license.
