A company specializing in general and industrial maintenance and cleaning services in CABA and GBA is seeking a Procurement Analyst. We target students or professionals from related fields who are highly committed to their work, proactive, analytical, autonomous, organized, and strongly customer-oriented. Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal relationship management are required, given the frequent interaction with customers (both internal and external) to carry out procurement activities. Requirements: Proven prior experience in procurement within the industrial cleaning sector; proficiency in administrative systems and Microsoft Office suite (mandatory). Work location: Nuñez (CABA), on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Main Responsibilities: Request quotations for supplies, goods, and services as required by the company. Compare pricing among suppliers. Execute daily and monthly purchases for all company services. Monitor all purchase orders against budgets. Issue purchase orders for received requests. Update the monthly procurement cost spreadsheet. Verify received delivery notes against purchase orders. Track monthly sector-defined KPIs. Maintain the sector-specific command dashboard up to date. Monitor the delivery status of monthly orders. Perform administrative tasks for the Procurement Department. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, 100% on-site.
