This is how we live our Holcim Spirit culture — focused on purpose, people and performance — to accelerate sustainable construction. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: CAPEX Intern (Capital Investment)** You will be responsible for supporting capital investment project management, assisting in budget tracking, purchase orders, and coordination with plants, contributing to the efficient execution of departmental projects. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Learning how to manage budgets and purchase orders. * Interacting with plants to identify needs and define project scope. * Supporting financial processes related to asset capitalization. * Providing support for mechanical, civil, and industrial projects. * Assisting the coordinator in executing and tracking daily tasks. * Actively participating in the development and control of assigned projects. **Workplace:**Capdeville Plant, Mendoza. **Work Mode:** On-site, three (3\) times per week from 7:00 to 14:00 hrs **Essential Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a degree program in electromechanical, civil or industrial engineering. * Availability of 12 to 18 months to complete the internship. * Advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Competencies including proactivity, analytical thinking, organization, teamwork, autonomy, and creativity.
