Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Systems professional with experience in advanced technical support and the ability to resolve critical issues in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advanced technical support for hardware, software, and networks 2. Server and database administration and maintenance 3. Critical incident resolution and team collaboration At Grupo Guerreiro, we continue to grow and seek to add to our Systems team a professional with experience in advanced technical support. We are looking for a proactive, responsible individual capable of resolving critical problems, who can add value in server administration, database management, programming, and security systems. Job Responsibilities: • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and networks. • Server administration and maintenance. • Database management and support. • Security camera support and configuration. • Diagnosis and resolution of critical incidents. • Collaboration with Levels 1 and 2 support. • Documentation of technical procedures and case tracking. Requirements: • Proven experience in technical support. • Solid knowledge in: Programming and operating systems. Server administration. Databases.
