Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Process Analyst to identify improvements, document workflows, and coordinate progress within the Business Development and Digital Transformation team. Today, our Business Development and Digital Transformation team is expanding, and we are looking for a Process Analyst. Key responsibilities for this role include: analyzing, assessing, and documenting internal business processes and operations to identify improvements, critical points, and evolution needs; translating requirements into clear functional definitions (As-Is / To-Be); preparing specifications; and providing end-to-end tracking of tasks, incidents, risks, and agreements. This role requires collaboration with end-user areas and technical teams, participation in assessment and follow-up meetings, and autonomous progress coordination. The candidate must also maintain up-to-date documentation of processes and initiatives; support testing, validation, and implementation activities; record outcomes; manage adjustments; and collaborate on developing manuals, guidelines, and training materials. · What are we looking for in this position? We seek proactive candidates with strong teamwork skills, who are either graduated or nearing graduation in Industrial Engineering or related fields. Experience in process analysis will be highly valued.
