We are currently searching for a Technical Operations Manager to lead the operational management of the technical area, coordinating Quality, Customer Service, COMEX, and Technical Commercial teams. The position will play a key role in process optimization, performance indicator tracking, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, supporting the organization’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams. - Manage performance indicators and operational tracking. - Ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. - Coordinate processes related to COMEX, tenders, and technical-commercial support. - Lead operational improvements and resource optimization. Requirements: - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational management roles. - Knowledge of ISO 9001, healthcare regulations, and advanced Office software proficiency. - Experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector is highly desirable.
