Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager to lead operational management, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and optimize processes while ensuring quality standards. Ensuring compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. We are currently searching for a Technical Operations Manager to lead the operational management of the technical area, coordinating Quality, Customer Service, COMEX, and Technical Commercial teams. The position will play a key role in process optimization, performance indicator tracking, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, supporting the organization’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams. - Manage performance indicators and operational tracking. - Ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. - Coordinate processes related to COMEX, tenders, and technical-commercial support. - Lead operational improvements and resource optimization. Requirements: - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational management roles. - Knowledge of ISO 9001, healthcare regulations, and advanced Office software proficiency. - Experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector is highly desirable.
