




Position Summary: As Line Manager, you will lead logistical processes at the plant, ensuring an agile, safe, and efficient flow of materials and products while driving innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Lead logistical processes and teams, driving innovation in the area. 2. Accountable for results and organizational health, with a focus on continuous improvement. 3. Full integration with Manufacturing to optimize KPIs and strengthen collaboration. You will join the Operations team in Argentina as the **Line Manager**, leading loading, unloading, and internal material and product movement activities within the plant. Your mission is to ensure an agile, safe, and efficient logistics flow that delivers exceptional service to internal and external customers, complying with global and local procedures. The main areas under your responsibility will be: Direct Materials Semi\-Finished Goods Non\-Tobacco Materials (including fiscal stamps) Finished Goods Waste Logistics Box assembly line and finished product palletizing. **Your Role:** * Be accountable for the area’s results and organizational health, promoting safe and high-performance operations. Lead and develop both internal teams and supplier teams, defining short- and long-term direction. * Manage and continuously improve key performance indicators required to achieve business objectives. * Proactively propose and pursue **process and technology innovations**, ensuring the area is recognized as a benchmark in modern logistics through application of the latest available tools and solutions. * Coach and support line teams. Own the **Daily Direction Setting**, **Clean\-Inspect\-Lubricate**, **Incident Elimination**, and **Quality Trigger** (DMS) processes.
