This role requires a sharp analytical mindset, the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, and experience managing precision-driven processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide regional support and execute day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuity in processes. * Apply strong analytical judgment to assess operational situations, with mental agility to quickly understand and distinguish between systemic emergencies and isolated issues. * Execute and manage highly precise operational processes, such as payment execution, shift assignment and management, and comprehensive master data maintenance. * Interact daily with various internal stakeholders, primarily managing asynchronous communications and brief yet effective written interactions. * Maintain a proactive, service-oriented attitude focused on resolution, while applying professional judgment and the necessary assertiveness to establish operational boundaries and safeguard established processes. **Requirements** * Professionals holding degrees in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Work experience in support, operations, or process development roles. * Experience working with operational KPIs, incident tracking, process monitoring, and resolution time metrics. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, and data manipulation and analysis languages. * Critical and innovative thinking, with data-driven decision-making capabilities. * Autonomy in project management, ensuring clear communication with involved stakeholders. * Ability to translate complex problems into simple, data-supported solutions. * Resilience and flexibility to address problem-solving in a dynamic environment. * Interest in hybrid roles bridging data and business functions. * Prior experience in operational support or service management roles. * Intermediate English level (preferred) **Additional Information** At PedidosYa, impact is measured not only by results but also by how we achieve them.
