The purpose of this role is to support the growth and strengthening of the dealer network in Argentina. This role will be critical in monitoring network expansion, contract management and updates, brand standards and compliance adherence, and performance analysis alongside sales and aftersales teams—driving continuous improvement plans and ensuring proper process functioning across the network. **What You’ll Do** * Support the department in ensuring the creation and maintenance of a dealer network enabling desired national territorial coverage and contributing to achieving commercial objectives set by management. * Generate analyses of commercial and comprehensive branch management indicators, identifying brand weaknesses and opportunities within their area of influence, and defining corrective actions. * Ensure the correct flow of information required by Inchcape and the OEM (e.g., information for financial audits, information for FloorPlan/financing development). * Conduct on-site visits to branches, supervising the proper operation of the dealer network. * Be responsible for periodically reviewing dealer network and SAS contracts to keep them up to date, working collaboratively with Legal, Administration, and Aftersales departments to assess their continued status as official brand representatives. * Be responsible for tracking the established ABM (Account-Based Management) Dealer Flow. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Prior experience in dealer network development (desirable). * Experience in data analysis and planning (desirable). * Negotiation skills. * Planning skills. * Collaborative teamwork skills. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Professional education in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Accounting, or a related field. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to do it with us.
