**Position:** Maintenance Planner.
**Job Description:**
You will be responsible for developing maintenance plans based on equipment failure modes, scheduling maintenance tasks and ensuring their execution, and preparing periodic reports on work order execution and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Challenges:**
Actively participate in root cause analysis of failures (RCA). Provide technical support to the maintenance team. Perform duties with high standards of safety and quality, complying with and enforcing the company’s safety and environmental policies.
**Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineer, preferably with experience in maintenance within continuous process plants.
**Skills and Competencies:**
**Knowledge:** Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Word.
SAP PM knowledge (preferred).
Implementation of RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance); calculation of performance indicators (KPIs).
**Spare Parts Management (MRP parameterization:** reorder point, minimum stock, maximum stock).
Service management.
Experience in technical procurement and supplier relationship management.
Knowledge of PLC programming (especially Siemens and/or Allen Bradley).
**Competencies:** Teamwork, administration, innovation, ethical behavior, sociability.
**Skills:** Analytical, solution-oriented, autonomous, methodical, results-driven, and collaborative.
