Position Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineer for the position of Engineering Manager in the plastic industry, leading the project portfolio and coordinating teams. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and prioritize product and process engineering projects. 2. Supervise designs, prototypes, and ensure product manufacturability. 3. Coordinate the definition and commissioning of molds and tooling. We are looking for an ELECTROMECHANICAL, MECHANICAL, or INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER for the position of ENGINEERING MANAGER in the plastic industry, located in Boulogne, San Isidro Partido, Buenos Aires. Main Responsibilities **Organize and prioritize the engineering project portfolio.** **Coordinate Product Engineering and Process Engineering activities.** **Define responsible parties, phases, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.** **Monitor project progress, risks, and deviations.** **Supervise and review designs, drawings, and technical documentation.** **Directly participate in the most complex developments.** **Coordinate prototypes, tests, trials, and validations.** **Ensure manufacturability of developed products.** **Coordinate the definition, testing, and commissioning of molds, dies, and tooling.** **Ensure transfer of developments to Production.** **Interact with customers, technical suppliers, and local or international mold makers.** Education **Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related university degree.** Salary: Starting from $4\.500\.000,00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
