Lead technological innovation projects Our client, a renowned private security services company, is looking for a Technical Manager to comprehensively lead the company’s technical area, ensuring the operation, installation, support, and evolution of electronic security services. Main Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise the technical execution of installations and maintenance. Establish operational procedures, technical standards, and quality controls for the area. Supervise the technical team and provide second-level support for complex incidents. Evaluate and select suppliers. Lead technological innovation projects, traceability, monitoring, and automation. Manage technical inventory and documentation for equipment and customer support. Requirements: Technical or university education in related fields (mandatory). Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams or projects in the field of electronic security (verifiable). Knowledge of electronic security—CCTV, alarms, access control, networks; project management and technical support; familiarity with industry regulations (IRAM, electrical, security) will be valued. Work Modality: 100% on-site, Monday to Friday, full-time. Work Location: CABA.
