We seek to hire a Maintenance Manager to join Veolia’s Management and Energy Services team. As an agent of ecological transformation, your purpose will be to support the Operations Manager in executing maintenance procedures at sites/clients (Hospitals, Data Centers, Corporate Towers, Banks, Universities, Industry). Your main responsibilities will include: * Planning, coordinating and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, electronic and/or mechanical equipment and systems; assigning tasks to personnel under your supervision. * Conducting facility inspections to identify failures and recommend appropriate repairs. * Supervising and managing personnel under your supervision. * Monitoring progress, quality and quantity of work performed. * Responding to service requests and complaints regarding maintenance and repairs, and issuing corresponding instructions to resolve these issues. * Estimating time and materials required to perform maintenance and repair tasks. * Providing personnel with necessary materials and equipment to carry out assigned tasks. * Complying with organizational health, safety and environmental standards and procedures. **Requirements** -------------- * Proven experience in maintenance and operations, preferably within industrial or service sectors. * A proactive, flexible individual with high motivation, accustomed to teamwork and goal-oriented. * Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Availability for full-time employment. * Completed technical secondary education in electromechanics, electricity or mechanics. Candidates holding completed tertiary and/or university degrees related to the above specializations will also be considered favorably. * Intermediate level English (desirable).
