In this role, you will be responsible for aligning technological strategy with business vision, anticipating future needs, and promoting continuous business innovation. If you are someone who dares to propose new ideas, thrives on challenges, and wants to take ownership of your development within a company that empowers you to give your best, we invite you to apply!  How can you contribute to creating experiences?   IT Strategic Planning: Lead the development of the local IT strategic plan, incorporating forward-looking analysis and considering relevant technological disruptions, as well as alignment with business priorities. Coordinate cost-benefit and return-on-investment (ROI) evaluations of strategic initiatives, and oversee research and development of technology solutions that generate competitive advantages for the organization. IT Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and oversee the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategic priorities and internal customer needs. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. IT Budget Management: Design and oversee the IT budget, developing financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making. Oversee negotiation of SLAs with vendors and coordinate identification of savings opportunities through optimization, consolidation, and renegotiation of contracts. Infrastructure and Operations Management: Oversee implementation of hybrid or multi-cloud architectures, coordinate adoption of agile and DevOps methodologies, and schedule automation of IT processes to optimize scalability, operational efficiency, and costs. Information Security: Schedule security drills and penetration tests, oversee implementation of advanced security solutions, and coordinate incident response to strengthen infrastructure resilience and ensure operational continuity. Team Management: Lead and develop the IT team, fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment. Requirements: What do we need from you to be part of this adventure?:   Academic Background: Graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in similar roles within multinational companies. Technical Tools Proficiency: Knowledge of SAP and digital transformation projects, with experience supporting business operations using SAP-based systems, from a management and leadership perspective. Work Locations:  Nueva Pompeya-CABA—willingness to travel internationally.
