Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage a grain collection plant, coordinate teams, and ensure proper operational and organizational functioning. Key Highlights: 1. Your mission: Serve as the liaison between the grain collection plant and the main office, ensuring proper operational functioning and team organization. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and organize plant staff tasks. Coordinate truck reception, weighing, and unloading. Monitor attendance, performance, and workplace climate. Ensure site order, cleanliness, and general maintenance. Manage facility and equipment repairs and maintenance. Monitor merchandise stock jointly with administration. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Act as a liaison between the plant, administration, and management. Requirements: Certification as Grain Classifier Technician (preferred). Experience in grain collection plants, seed facilities, or agro-industrial environments. Organized, solution-oriented profile with leadership capability. Strong interpersonal skills. Must reside in General Pico, La Pampa
