Summary: Seeking a highly motivated HR Support GBS Analyst to execute core HR support tasks, maintain data integrity, and contribute to process optimization within a multinational natural gas company. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Support GBS Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the HR Support Team lead, they will be responsible for executing core HR support tasks and maintaining data integrity across systems while balancing autonomy with general direction. Scope : Americas (Airgas) **Accountabilities \& related Activities** **Objectives \& indicators** * **Monitor and execute active workflows to ensure timely follow\-ups and resolution according to internal SLOs.** * **Maintain a solid understanding of business unit strategies to provide relevant support** * **Actively maintain Support Services queue through HR applications (Workday and ServiceNow)** * **Assist the HR Service Desk as next level support for escalations** * **Collaborate effectively with internal and external team members to ensure integrated approach to HR services including but not limited to the facilitation of pre\-hire qualification process, onboarding, transfers, terminations, random screening, and credentialing process.** * **Additional duties outside of Workday and ServiceNow, to be identified** * **Process Optimization \& CIs: Identify process improvements opportunities to make workflows under scope more efficient.** **Tasks/Activities turnaround time within SLA** Customer satisfaction **\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_** ------------------------------------------ **Are you a MATCH?** -------------------- **Expected Competencies** **Education** Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent Business school degree preferable. **Training or certification** Workday.
