This position will play a key role in processing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proper handling of payroll-related events under multiple collective bargaining agreements. What challenges await you? - Execute monthly payroll processing for a workforce of over 400 employees. - Process final settlements, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions. - Manage and validate payroll events (absences, leaves, hires, terminations, and changes). - Calculate and monitor social security contributions and employer obligations to relevant authorities. - Operate the Payroll module in Tango Gestión, ensuring correct configuration and closure controls. - Prepare reports and supporting documentation for labor audits and inspections. - Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and stay updated on legal changes. Requirements: What do we expect from you? - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. - Experience in payroll processing for workforces exceeding 400 people. - Prior experience managing payrolls for over 400 employees. - Advanced proficiency in Tango Gestión – Payroll module (mandatory). - Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas) (mandatory). - Knowledge of labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and current social security regulations. - Familiarity with social security agencies (ARCA, ANSES, health insurance providers, and unions).
