Job Summary: We are seeking a Change Architect to develop infrastructure projects, implement technical solutions, and manage Data Center network environments. Key Highlights: 1. That’s why we foster an inclusive and collaborative culture where every individual can belong, grow, and evolve. **Responsibilities and Duties** Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: * Engaging with the most strategic end customers to develop infrastructure projects. * Working with technical leaders to implement solutions addressing business needs, collaborating with partners to deliver joint consulting services, providing technical guidance and infrastructure best practices. * Supporting and managing Data Center network environments, covering technologies such as Cisco Nexus, VXLAN, Routing, Switching LoadBalance, SolarWinds, TACACS. * Managing internal Data Center documentation tools. * Supporting the development of Delivery procedures, installation best practices, and incident diagnosis procedures to accelerate incident resolution. * Opening and tracking support requests with infrastructure equipment vendors. * Resolving issues identified by infrastructure monitoring. * Configuring ACI environments, as well as VRF/VLAN. * Providing support and troubleshooting for Nexus/ACI environments. * Managing Router ISR/ASR, Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Nexus 9k, 5k, 3k, and 2k, Load Balancers. * Participating in the design, definition, procurement, configuration, commissioning, and support of Routers ISR/ASR, Cisco Aironet Access Points, Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Nexus 9k, 7k, 5k, 3k, and 2k, F5 BigIP LTM load balancers. * Operating load balancing equipment, including F5 Big IP LTM modules and/or similar solutions. * Managing network monitoring and maintenance tools using SNMP protocol (e.g., SolarWinds Orion, SNTC, among others). * Applying knowledge of static routing and BGP and OSPF protocols. * Managing case opening and escalation with Cisco TAC and/or regional specialists. * Delivering support for additions, releases, and modifications across all network technologies present in the DC. * Designing, coordinating, and executing customer migrations from Cisco Catalyst to Cisco Nexus. * Registering core M\&B, public and private Nexus systems with Cisco’s latest technologies (e.g., ACI, VXLAN, SDN, hyperconvergence, AppDynamics, Tetration, Cisco Nexus Dashboard, among others). * Installing and configuring Juniper QFX switches and MX routers. * + Advanced routing knowledge (BGP, OSPF) **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to succeed in this role? * For this position, English proficiency at C1 level is required; Portuguese knowledge is a plus! * Your experience in Networking and Cisco Nexus, VXLAN, Routing, Switching LoadBalance, SolarWinds, and TACACS technologies is highly valued in this role. * Hands-on experience in configurations, implementations, and troubleshooting is exactly what we’re looking for. * Holding CCNA and CCNP certifications is a strong advantage. **Additional Information** Our Benefits: Top-tier private health insurance.
