Includes food handling, storage, and preservation in accordance with food safety regulations, as well as maintaining kitchen order and cleanliness. Also includes temperature and expiry date monitoring, goods receipt, and support in stock control. Coordination with the team is required to ensure efficient service delivery and collaboration with management on menu planning. The employment contract is temporary, with an estimated duration of 90 days, full-time working hours from Monday to Sunday, and a monthly salary of 1\.300 euros.
