Here, you’ll find space to grow, real opportunities to lead, and a culture where everyone belongs and contributes. **✨** **If you want to be part of the next generation of financial solutions, this is the place.** **Can you already imagine yourself as an Nxter?** At Getnet, we’re looking for a candidate for the **Compliance Analyst SSr.** position to join our **Risk \& Compliance** team. **What You’ll Do** * Support KYC processes, ensuring compliance with AML regulations and internal policies. * Participate in the execution and follow-up of the RCSA exercise, collaborating on risk identification, controls, and action plans. * Monitor applicable regulatory changes impacting the business and collaborate on adapting processes, controls, and internal policies. * Support internal and external audits. * Analyze risk data and indicators (KRI) to detect deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities. * Drive process and tool improvements within the area, including automations that enhance efficiency and scalability. **✅ What We’re Looking For** * Experience in Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML): due diligence/KYC, controls, and adherence to applicable regulations. * Risk management and internal control: RCSA, KRI, audits. * Experience analyzing data and indicators to detect deviations and support decision-making. * Advanced English (mandatory) **What We Offer** Private health insurance.
