Meet service quality standards We are **ADT Security Services**, currently seeking a **Monitoring Operator for the night shift (4:00 PM to 11:00 PM)** within the **Monitoring Management** department for the Subscriber business. You will process assigned monitoring signals, applying specific procedures for each event type while maintaining the required quality standards at the monitoring center. Responsibilities * Handle emergency, surveillance, and service events using specific procedures for each signal type, while also providing customer support and courteous service, and interacting with law enforcement or emergency services. You will also be responsible for efficient time management to ensure case resolutions are accurate, high-quality, and effective. * Meet service quality standards outlined in the following points \- Call duration \- Procedure quality \- Signal processing time \- Productivity \- Service quality.
