Position Summary: We are seeking a Direct Materials Planner to manage material procurement, ensuring component availability and operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description and Responsibilities **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Area of Operation:** Manufacturing We seek to hire a Direct Materials Planner to manage procurement of materials linked to the production plan, ensuring timely and accurate component availability and contributing to operational continuity. **Key responsibilities include:** Plan and schedule material purchases according to production requirements. Track and expedite deliveries with local and international suppliers. Monitor stock levels, critical materials, and reorder points. Manage and track domestic and international freight shipments. Analyze production scenarios to anticipate supply risks. Coordinate actions with Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Production, and Inventory departments. Identify logistics deviations and propose solutions to ensure operational continuity. Track supply chain and inventory-related KPIs. Requirements Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Procurement, Purchasing, or Materials Planning. Advanced Excel skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP MM knowledge. Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency. Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Experience in planning and managing imported materials. Key Competencies Analytical ability.
