Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. *\*This is a temporary role\** **Your New Role** The Production Coordinator role will provide support in managing and executing Creative Services projects for TNT Sports, HBO Max, and their associated platforms, collaborating on the development and production of audiovisual content and assets aligned with business objectives. This role focuses on the operational implementation of projects, working closely with more senior profiles, internal teams, and external vendors. You may occasionally participate in on-location productions, as required by the team. **Your Responsibilities** * Provide end-to-end support for creative projects, collaborating across all stages of the process (briefing, production, and final delivery) to ensure timely execution and quality. * Assist in the production and coordination of multi-platform audiovisual content, including assets for on-air, streaming, digital, and social media, ensuring proper implementation of defined guidelines. * Collaborate on managing audiovisual assets and operational processes, verifying formats, organizing inputs, and tracking production and post-production workflows. * Support coordination with internal teams and external vendors, tracking tasks, delivery deadlines, and operational requirements in collaboration with senior profiles. * Occasionally participate in on-location productions, providing operational support as required by the project. **Qualifications and Experience** * Degree in Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Production, or related fields. * Entry-level experience (1–3 years) in similar roles or within audiovisual production environments, media companies, agencies, or production houses. * Basic knowledge of audiovisual production processes (pre-production, production, and post-production). * Ability to organize tasks, track projects, and meet deadlines. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Interest in the media ecosystem, content, and digital platforms. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in production or on-set participation (not mandatory). * Basic understanding of digital trends, social media, and emerging content formats. * Interest in or affinity for sports and sports-related content. **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important!
