Each day, you will acquire the required knowledge and skills through technical training while splitting your time between school/college and ABB. You will also demonstrate your experience by collaborating with internal resources to deliver effective solutions and implement process improvements. The work model for this role is: hybrid This role contributes to the Electrification business unit in Buenos Aires . You will be primarily responsible for: * Improving operational efficiency by diligently following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), closely monitoring order status, and taking timely actions to ensure on-time deliveries. * Supporting administrative after-sales and warranty management by participating in case tracking, internal coordination, and ensuring a positive customer experience while developing your skills in key business processes. * Observing overall processes and trends in requests, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with internal resources to implement them. * Following instructions, practicing your skills, and seeking feedback to ensure your progress. * Participating in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and best practices. . Qualifications for the Role * You are currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * You are interested in international trade and possess basic knowledge in this area. * You have an intermediate level of English enabling communication in professional environments. You have SAP knowledge (desirable) and are interested in further developing it. * You feel comfortable working in a hybrid model, combining remote and on-site work. * You have knowledge of or interest in digital tools such as Power Apps.
