Join us and help run what runs the world. **This position reports to:** Operation Manager \_\_ Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to succeed in your position. Each day, you will acquire the required knowledge and skills through technical training while splitting your time between school/college and ABB. You will also demonstrate your experience by collaborating with internal resources to deliver effective solutions and implement process improvements. The work model for this role is: hybrid This role contributes to the Electrification business unit in Buenos Aires . You will be primarily responsible for: * Improving operational efficiency by diligently following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), closely monitoring order status, and taking timely actions to ensure on-time deliveries. * Supporting administrative after-sales and warranty management by participating in case tracking, internal coordination, and ensuring a positive customer experience while developing your skills in key business processes. * Observing overall processes and trends in requests, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with internal resources to implement them. * Following instructions, practicing your skills, and seeking feedback to ensure your progress. * Participating in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and best practices. . Qualifications for the Role * You are currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * You are interested in international trade and possess basic knowledge in this area. * You have an intermediate level of English enabling communication in professional environments. You have SAP knowledge (desirable) and are interested in further developing it. * You feel comfortable working in a hybrid model, combining remote and on-site work. * You have knowledge of or interest in digital tools such as Power Apps.
