You will work alongside our team conducting tests, iterations, and validation of ideas for product launches. **Responsibilities** * Conduct testing of new products (pilots, market tests, offer experiments). * Analyze campaign and test results: CTR, conversions, engagement, and user feedback. * Support the creation of value propositions, messaging, and preliminary materials to validate hypotheses. * Execute micro-marketing experiments to understand customer demand and preferences. * Prepare insight reports to improve products and campaigns. * Collaborate with the marketing and PR team to align communication. **Requirements** * Student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Interest in experimentation, growth marketing, analysis, and idea validation. * Ability to analyze basic data and draw conclusions. * Proactive, creative, and oriented toward fast learning. **We offer** * Remote internships. * Participation in real experimentation and launch projects. * Mentorship from marketing and product specialists. * Certification and recommendation letter.
