Corporate IT Management seeks to onboard Technical Leaders to further accelerate growth and regional development. Individuals joining this role will be challenged to define and execute the technical vision for channel technology platforms, ensuring alignment with defined objectives and characteristics. This role involves prioritizing efforts and closely collaborating with business areas to design, build, and launch platforms that are sustainable and aligned with product vision. It is responsible for technical quality, development efficiency, and rigorous implementation of design patterns—ensuring solutions are scalable and robust, both in Cloud Native environments and on-premise infrastructures. What will be your challenges? Lead a technical team in platform development, ensuring continuity and proper evolution to sustain bank operations Work closely with product teams to evolve platforms in alignment with product evolution Manage and prioritize the technical backlog for platforms, ensuring decisions align with operational and business KPIs Supervise technical delivery of developments, guaranteeing compliance with quality, scalability, and security standards Monitor platform technical KPIs and propose continuous improvements Identify synergies and interdependencies with other platforms or product teams to maximize delivered value Act as a key technical point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and decision-making Requirements: 18. Solid experience of over 5 years leading technical teams, with deep expertise in Full-Stack development (Java/Spring Boot and Ability to monitor technical performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions, anticipating platform evolution needs, with holistic vision to manage interdependencies with other systems and products, maximizing overall platform value. Preference given to candidates with experience managing modern architectures, system integration, and API-based digital platforms, microservices, cloud, automation, and familiarity with agile methodologies. Required Technical Knowledge: Languages: Java 17+, TypeScript (mandatory). Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Data (JPA/Hibernate), Spring Security, Quarkus, Spring Cloud. APIs: Required RESTful and gRPC API design and implementation. 13+, Libraries: React 18 (Hooks, Context API, Server Components). Frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript), Framework: Languages: UI: Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, Styled-components. Performance: Experience with SSR, SSG, ISR, and Core Web Vitals optimization. Relational and non-relational databases required. Redis. Practical experience with Kafka (high performance) and/or RabbitMQ (flexibility). Implementation of patterns such as Publisher/Subscriber, Event Sourcing, and CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation).
