Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX index. **Job Description** We have an opportunity for you: we are looking for a **Software Engineering Manager** for our **Billing** team. * Lead strategy and execution of the roadmap, ensuring high-quality, high-impact solutions. * Design and scale a microservices architecture enabling reusable financial capabilities across the entire region. * Promote development lifecycle quality and deployment processes to enable continuous value delivery. * Manage and optimize post-production monitoring and support strategies to ensure platform stability. * Collaborate with Product, UX, and Data teams to drive optimal technical solutions. * Guide and support team members' professional development, foster technical alignment, and remove impediments. **Requirements** * At least 3 years of experience managing software development teams using agile methodologies. * Experience in software development with one or more of the following technologies: Java, Kotlin, Golang, React, Android, or iOS. * Strong knowledge of distributed architectures, system integration, general solution design, databases, and scalability. * Experience in billing, payment gateways, financial integrations, or core banking (desirable). **Additional Information** At PedidosYa, impact is measured not only by results but also by how we achieve them.
