Our mission: **fascinate the target audience.** We are growing and want to add to our Art Direction team in Rosario a **Motion Graphics Designer**, with a modern outlook, curiosity for innovation, and passion for detail. **What you’ll do / What you’ll do** * Create powerful audiovisual pieces: from storyboard to final animation. * Design spots, explainers, campaigns, and social content with intros, bumpers, transitions, and VFX. * Ensure the visual and technical quality of all deliverables. * Collaborate with creative teams in Argentina and Germany. **About you / About you** * Tertiary or university degree in Graphic Design. * \+4 years of experience in Motion Graphics (agency or studio). * Full mastery of **Adobe Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Audition). * Interest or experience in **Cinema 4D and/or Blender**. * Familiarity with **AI tools applied to design** (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.). * Fluent English (German is a plus). * Creativity, organization, and teamwork mindset. **What we offer / What we offer** * Relaxed and international culture. * Flexible hours and hybrid/remote mode. * International-level equipment. * Training in AI and new technologies. * 20 working days of vacation (\~30 consecutive days per year). * Coffee and fruits always available. **Send your application (in English)** with cover letter, CV, and portfolio to **laura@wearefamily.eu** Subject: *“Motion Designer Application” \+ your name* Include your salary expectations and possible start date.
