As a strategic sourcing analyst, you will execute the global sourcing strategy for categories within your scope, interacting with key stakeholders, analyzing markets, and implementing category management practices across the Americas region. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute and manage bidding/RFx processes, obtain, evaluate, and analyze commercial proposals, negotiate prices, commercial terms, quantities, and delivery timelines, ensuring timely and accurate material supply. * Conduct research, evaluation, and selection of suppliers to continuously strengthen our supply base and ensure identification of improvement opportunities with suitable suppliers. * Manage and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers as required for purchasing and automation of materials within the assigned category. * Evaluate compliance and performance progression of suppliers within the assigned category. * Collaborate with various user departments (planning, maintenance schedulers, electrical and mechanical O\&M) to meet agreed KPIs. * Build strong relationships with internal customers and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying improvement opportunities within the supply chain. **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Advanced level of English. * At least 3 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement. * Experience using SAP, ARIBA, Excel, Power BI (desirable). * Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills. * Results-oriented with the ability to work autonomously to complete assigned tasks.
