**Description** **The Opportunity** Lead, guide and perform field engineering activities in electrical power substation protection systems services in High, Medium and Low Voltage, as well as provide technical support and leadership in the services of designated equipment, including inspection and maintenance routines, complying with standards, procedures, quality, health, occupational safety and environmental requirements, while safeguarding the company's image, aiming at continuity of power supply and delivery of contracted services, within the quality standards required by the company, regulatory bodies and customers. **How You Will Make an Impact** * Review engineering documentation and prepare relevant documentation, protocols, intervention plans for factory acceptance and commissioning tests. * Lead FAT tests of control systems according to established planning and received requests, maintaining good customer relationships, understanding their needs, identifying new improvement and business opportunities, forwarding them internally through necessary channels, meeting demands, and contributing to customer satisfaction. * Lead SAT tests, providing technical support to our customers on-site to identify technical issues and define corrective actions within your area of specialization. It will be important to comply with the established schedule and inform the Manager of any deviation that could prevent achieving objectives, so that necessary corrective actions can be jointly planned. Identify new business opportunities, forward them internally through required processes, meet demands, and contribute to customer satisfaction. * Maintain a strong focus on our customers as a core principle, sustaining technical contact and providing continuous support.
