We are looking for professionals capable of thriving in an environment of digital evolution and innovation, who generate new challenges and develop business opportunities. **Your role will be:** Lead the electromechanical architecture team to ensure the operation, availability, security, and efficiency of the physical and technological infrastructure of the Data Center, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), safety regulations, and quality standards, optimizing resources and leading the technical team. **Your main challenges will be:** * **Lead the management of the Data Center's critical infrastructure**, ensuring its availability, efficiency, and technological evolution, including power, cooling, cabling, monitoring, and electromechanical systems, according to international standards (Uptime Institute, ISO 20000/27001\). * **Design and execute the operational and budgetary strategy for the area**, coordinating maintenance, improvement projects, capacity expansion, and procurement, focusing on operational efficiency and environmental sustainability. * **Supervise relationships with internal and external clients**, providing technical support, developing customized solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and environmental requirements. * **Manage incidents and implement contingency plans (DRP/BCP)**, ensuring operational continuity and minimizing risks in Data Center operations. * **Lead, develop, and motivate the technical team**, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, constant training, and cross-functional collaboration with other areas of the organization. **What we need from you:** * More than 3 years of experience in similar roles, leading teams and being responsible for technical buildings. * Completed degree in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related. Advanced English language skills. * Experience in team leadership, preferably technical teams, and at least 5 years managing Data Centers or critical infrastructure. * Experience in managing technological infrastructure and facilities projects. * Knowledge of Data Center standards and regulations (Tier, ASHRAE, ANSI/TIA\-942\). * Electrical systems (UPS, generators, electrical panels, redundancy N\+1/2N) and precision cooling and environmental monitoring systems. * Experience in structured cabling and fiber optics management. * Knowledge of physical security and cybersecurity principles in Data Centers, ITIL, incident management, and business continuity. * Simplicity in your way of thinking and acting. * Service orientation. * Leadership. **This position is based in** ***Edif.
