Senior IT Support Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a support technician to provide IT assistance in retail stores, performing hardware and software installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized technical support for retail point-of-sale locations 2. Management of computer systems, networks, and equipment 3. User assistance and guidance on applications RESPONSIBILITIES: - Track and resolve complaints received through the ticketing system. - Perform installation and updates of computer software at workstation and equipment levels. - Assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing company IT equipment and systems. - Collaborate in logging and tracking technical support and maintenance requests for company-owned equipment. - Guide users on operating business and office applications. - Knowledge and experience in networking (network topologies, subnets, VLANs, etc.). - Knowledge of router/switch configuration. - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft domains (Active Directory). - Experience providing user support (Windows environment), PC diagnostics and installation, printers, peripherals, data collectors, etc. REQUIREMENTS: - Candidates should hold a completed technical degree in computing (e.g., ORT, UTU, or other institution recognized by MEC). - Availability for installations/implementations in specific cases, including store openings and/or renovations across the country.
