Responsible for executing the order assembly process, delivering exceptional customer service on Mercado Libre and the company website. Responsibilities: Picking and Order Assembly: Prepare orders with precision and efficiency. Print shipping labels. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries. Perform quality control. Customer Service on Mercado Libre: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, issue invoices. Requirements: We seek order pickers with logistics experience; prior experience in online sales via store or Mercado Libre is essential. We are looking for organized, solution-oriented, and friendly candidates. Proven and verifiable prior experience performing these responsibilities. Familiarity with Mercado Libre and e-commerce platforms.
