Responsibilities: Pedagogical Scriptwriting: Analyze procedural manuals and convert them into narrative scripts synthesizing critical information. Audiovisual Production: Perform screen recording of systems, voice-over recording, and video editing. Micro-learning Design: Create short-duration learning capsules (1–3 minutes) Learning Pathways: Develop sequences and evaluative elements to validate knowledge and manage content on the platform Content Updates: Review and edit existing videos when business processes change or software updates occur. Technical Competencies Required (Mandatory): Video Editing: Proficient use of tools such as Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or DaVinci Resolve. Screen Capture and Simulation: Experience recording software interfaces (Camtasia, Loom, Snagit). Graphic Design: Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for creating visual resources Learning Methodologies: Familiarity with models such as ADDIE or SAM to ensure content is truly educational. Voice-over: Proficiency with AI tools for voice generation. Education and Experience Requirements: Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Education, Psychopedagogy, or related fields. Minimum 2 years’ experience creating content for e-learning or corporate training. Submission of a portfolio or demo reel of previous work is required.
