Job Objectives • Deliver exceptional service to our customers by anticipating and addressing their needs with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. • Maintain a clean and orderly environment at all times. • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products—food, beverages, and their key features—to provide comprehensive and accurate service. Tasks and Responsibilities • Ensure optimal cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area throughout the shift. • Serve customers courteously and efficiently, resolving inquiries and addressing needs. • Familiarize yourself with our dishes and beverages to ensure proper handling and service. • Wear the designated uniform and maintain it in impeccable condition. • Report any issues arising during the shift to supervisors. • Clean and maintain the cash register, load the POS terminal, and perform cash drawer reconciliation. • Organize and label merchandise. • Prepare basic items: vegetables, bacon, and dressings. • Execute order dispatch correctly, adhering to the established service model. • Mise en place: prepare the dining area before service, following established procedures. • Keep tableware clean and continuously replenish the dining area. • Clean and maintain restrooms before and after service, with inspections every 45 minutes. • Collaborate with other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
