Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Coordination Architect with experience in civil projects, renovations, and tenant fit-outs, preferably in the retail or commercial sector. Responsibility, commitment, and customer service orientation A construction company based in Buenos Aires Capital requires a Construction Coordination Architect with at least 3 years of experience in civil works, renovations, and tenant fit-outs, preferably in the retail and/or commercial sector. Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate all activities related to assigned renovation, maintenance, and/or fit-out projects. - Define project scope, budget, and schedule. - Quantify required materials and manage necessary procurement. - Prepare budgets and purchase orders. - Assign and supervise tasks for personnel under direct supervision. - Supervise and evaluate work performed by subcontracted companies. - Ensure continuous quality and efficiency of all works under supervision, avoiding risks and using appropriate equipment and tools while adhering to company and client procedures and policies. - Administer and maintain control over materials, machinery, and equipment. - Finalize accounting for assigned projects. - Sign architectural drawings, certifications, and technical documentation for municipal submission. - Support the processing of construction permits and licenses. - Submit performance reports for executed projects. - Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, consistent with the nature of the position. Requirements: - University degree in Architecture with current professional registration - Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating renovation, maintenance, and/or fit-out projects in the retail or commercial sector. - Flexible working hours. - Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. - Responsibility, commitment, honesty, strong communication skills, and ability to follow instructions. - Customer service orientation.
