Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain management in the mining sector, coordinating procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Team leadership and performance management ZielJob is currently searching for a Procurement Manager to join a mining-sector company based in Buenos Aires. · Responsibilities Lead end-to-end supply chain management: procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Plan and execute strategic and operational procurement activities in alignment with project budgets and timelines. Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to ensure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery schedules. Manage tendering and contract award processes for strategic agreements. Oversee inventory management and stock control at site and central warehouses. Administer the department’s budget and monitor performance KPIs. Coordinate with Project, Operations, and Finance departments. Ensure regulatory compliance related to contracts and import/export activities. Report on departmental status and optimization opportunities to senior management. · Requirements University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field — mandatory. Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, and logistics. Minimum 5 years in supervisory or managerial roles. Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain management. Strong experience in supplier and contractor negotiations. Knowledge of contracts and tendering processes. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar). Demonstrated team leadership and performance management capabilities. · Employment Conditions Work modality: Hybrid — office in Buenos Aires with periodic site visits. Health insurance: OSDE Plan 410 for immediate family members. One additional week of vacation beyond statutory requirements under the Labor Contract Law (LCT). Annual bonus of up to three monthly salaries.
