Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain management in the mining sector, coordinating procurement, logistics, and distribution. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in end-to-end supply chain management. 2. Strategic negotiation with suppliers and contractors. 3. Budget administration and KPI monitoring. ZielJob is currently searching for a Procurement Manager to join a mining-sector company based in Buenos Aires. · Responsibilities Lead end-to-end supply chain management: procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Plan and execute strategic and operational procurement activities in accordance with budget and project timelines. Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to ensure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery time. Manage tendering processes and awarding of strategic contracts. Supervise inventory management and stock control at site and central warehouses. Administer the departmental budget and monitor performance KPIs. Coordinate with Projects, Operations, and Finance departments. Ensure regulatory compliance regarding contracts and import/export activities. Report on department status and optimization opportunities to senior management. · Requirements University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field — mandatory. Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, and logistics. Minimum 5 years in supervisory or managerial positions. Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain management. Strong experience in supplier and contractor negotiation. Knowledge of contracts and tendering processes. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar). Team leadership and performance management skills. · Employment Conditions Work modality: Hybrid — Buenos Aires office with periodic site visits. Health insurance: OSDE Plan 410 for immediate family members. One additional week of vacation beyond statutory requirements under the Labor Contract Law (LCT). Annual bonus of up to three monthly salaries.
