Position: Zone Coordinator (CABA) Job Description: We are looking for a security management professional to supervise security objectives in CABA. The main responsibility of this position is to ensure the efficient fulfillment of established local security objectives through planning, supervision, and control of assigned personnel, resources, and directives. Responsibilities: Supervise the execution of security objectives across jurisdictions, in accordance with established policies and protocols. Plan and coordinate the assignment of personnel to security objectives, ensuring appropriate distribution of human resources. Train personnel under your supervision, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfill their responsibilities. Monitor directives assigned to each objective, ensuring compliance with security procedures in each case. Manage and control available resources (human and material), optimizing their utilization to achieve the required coverage for each security objective. Evaluate team performance and implement operational adjustments as necessary to improve service efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain constant communication with superiors and other departments to ensure proper alignment of security objectives with operational needs. Requirements: Residency in CABA. Experience in managing and supervising security teams. In-depth knowledge of security protocols and regulations within jurisdictions. Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to efficiently coordinate resources and manage personnel. Availability to perform rotating shifts or coverage outside regular hours, if necessary. Personal mobility.
